Olivia graduated from Douglas J Institute in 2019 and has loved Aveda products ever since. She has a particular passion for helping guests embrace their natural hair pattern, whatever that may be. She takes pride in the relationships she builds with her guests and always strives to make her guests feel as comfortable and taken care of as possible. Olivia loves to tackle big challenges with transformative colors or haircuts! With her love for education, she is constantly learning new techniques and skills to make sure that her guests leave with a style they love.

Caroline has always had a passion for beauty and skin care in particular! She graduated from Douglas J. Aveda Institute, earning her esthetics license in 2021. She strongly aligns with Aveda’s commitment to helping guests feel beautiful while remaining environmentally conscious. Melinda’s main focus behind the chair is the relationship she has with her clients and their hair. A stylist since 2013, she places high value on the excellence of her chosen craft; believing that a beautiful, finished look for all hair types starts out with a very thorough consultation that impresses each client that sits in her chair. Whether it be a color, cut, or even special event styling; Melinda is dedicated to delivering what looks and feels best for each client.

Rachel has been behind the chair cutting & coloring since 2005 & is with us at Legato for one week each month, spending the rest of her month in New York. From classic to funky, she can do it all, while making you feel at home in her chair. Some of her many talents here include special event styling, along with color and cutting services. A cancer survivor, Rachel has been active in her community serving on the DDA Board.

Hannah is a dedicated new talent stylist, licensed since 2023. She had been working through Legato's advanced training curriculum since 2021. She has a passion for all aspects of hair styling, including haircuts, special event styling, custom color formulation, detailed foil work, and lived-in balayage. Hannah is known for her warm personality and patient nature. Whether you're looking for a simple trim or a dramatic transformation, Hannah's attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will bring your vision to life!

Hanna has been licensed since 2024 and is currently in our advanced training program. Being around her mom - a hairdresser - cultivated a deep passion for all things beauty early on in her life. Hanna is particularly drawn to Aveda because of the commitment to clean beauty and naturally-derived formulas... it's important to her that she uses products that align with her values. Licensed in 2013, Abbie has dedicated her entire career to working with Aveda. Whether it's your first visit or you come in monthly, you'll feel welcomed immediately in her chair! Abbie loves witnessing the confidence shift when you feel great about your updated look, specializing in coloring techniques: foil highlights, lowlights, color correction, grey reduction and full coverage, as well as haircuts for any length & texture of hair. She's skilled at permanently altering your straight-wavy hair to deliver a body wave or curl too. Abbie's lively personality and warm smile is sure to make you feel right at home.

Licensed in 2002, Dayna’s amazing work is inspired by music, art, and her strong passion for the fashion industry. She uses her highly trained eye to choose a look that is both flattering and contemporary to her clients. In addition to training with Aveda, Redken, and Vidal Sassoon, Dayna continues her education at several advanced academies across the Midwest.
